I didn't find the product I was looking for. What to do?
Our stock is updated weekly, we receive many models and it may happen that a specific one is not available on the website.
But if you can't find it, just contact us via WhatsApp and send us a print of the product, our customer service representative will check availability.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value on our website is R$50.00, excluding shipping costs.
What payment methods?
We accept various forms of payment, including:
Credit card, where we pay your purchases in up to 5 interest-free installments, or if you prefer, you can pay in up to 12 installments with additions. The website informs you of the options and values of each installment.
Nubank customers have an exclusive benefit, payment in up to 10 interest-free installments.
And we also have discounts for cash payments.
Deadline and delivery?
Posting time: 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation and according to product availability. For some imported products, it may take longer due to import. In this case we will contact you to inform you.
Delivery time: after posting, the Post Office delivery time begins, depending on the method chosen. This deadline is informed at the end of your purchase along with the cost of the service.
Important: any delivery method for products starts counting after payment confirmation.
How much is the freight?
Shipping is calculated automatically according to the chosen modality, through the Post Office to your location, just enter the zip code at the indicated location.
Free Shipping via PAC for purchases over R$800.00 throughout Brazil.
What is the deadline for making an exchange/return?
We carry out exchanges/returns ONLY FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Consult our Exchanges and Returns Policy, based on Law 8,078 of 1990, of the Consumer Protection Code.
What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?
All of our products undergo a thorough analysis, where we check every detail, to guarantee our quality standard.
But if any detail goes unnoticed, upon receiving the product, contact us immediately via email [email protected] and we will inform you of all the procedures.
I completed the purchase, but I received a message that the product was out of stock. What to do?
We work with stock from our suppliers, so some products may run out without prior notice.
If this happens, we will contact you after your approved purchase so that a replacement can be made. If there is no interest in replacing or waiting for the product to be replaced, we will refund the amount paid and for purchases made via credit card, a refund will be made.
It is advertised on the website. How can I be sure it is available in stock?
We update the website weekly according to stock information from our suppliers. It may happen that a product is sold out without prior notice. In this case, before finalizing your purchases, contact us via WhatsApp and check availability. But if you have already completed your purchase and the product is out of stock, we will contact you.
