If you want to exchange your products, we want it to be easy and quick.

IMPORTANT: We only exchange due to manufacturing defects and within 7 calendar days of receipt.

For all cases, whether exchange or return, you must notify our customer service (SAC) via email [email protected] - within 7 calendar days - informing your personal data and number order.

*The company is not obliged to accept exchanges or returns without prior notice given by the customer through SAC or which are outside the 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt, according to the tracking code.

Devolution:

We will accept product returns only due to MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

We do not refund your purchase due to cancellation. We only accept returns in cases of defects found.

When returning your product, you can choose to receive a shopping voucher worth the value of the returned merchandise to use within 30 days on any product in the store. Unless the product is found to be defective.

• Product exchange:

We only exchange products due to MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, in which case you must first contact SAC.

In the case of shoes, exchanges can be made by size, being the same product.

Important: WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN SUNGLASSES AND FRAMES, except for manufacturing defects.

Once this is done, the merchandise must be sent to the sender so that we can make the exchange. And then, we will send you the similar product or another product of the same value.

The deadlines are up to 3 business days for us to validate your exchange after receiving it and 2 to 4 business days to send the exchange or refund. The validation conditions are described below.

Important: all shipping/return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer who requested the exchange.

Conditions for exchange and return:

To validate the exchange or return, we apply the following conditions:

- Only products without any signs of use will be accepted, such as: odor, stains, or any damage resulting from use.

- Items that have been altered by the customer (CUTS, PERFORATIONS, SCRATCHES, STAINS, ERASURES, ETC) will not be accepted; 

- The product must be intact and the label/tag affixed to the item, with all handle protectors;

- Products after the exchange deadline will not be accepted;

- If the product is defective due to misuse, the refund will not be authorized and the product will be returned to the customer.

Conditions for the customer to accept delivery of the goods:

When your purchase arrives, observe the condition of the product/packaging upon delivery by the carrier and refuse receipt if:

- The packaging is open or damaged;

- The product is in poor condition;

- The product does not comply with the order;

- The order is incomplete.

- If you notice any damage to the product after receiving it, contact our service center within 72 hours.

 

RECOMMENDATIONS AND CARE 

To ensure the longevity and beauty of your product, we recommend that you follow the guidelines below:

- Avoid scratching or rubbing your product against abrasive surfaces, especially natural and ecological leather finishes.

- Keep your product away from humid or wet environments and avoid direct exposure to sunlight; keep your product away from any direct heat source (radiators, car interiors overheated by the sun, etc.).

- Avoid contact with fatty substances, cosmetics, perfumes and hydroalcoholic solutions or any material (magazines, other leather, etc.) that can transfer their colored pigments to the product.

- Avoid contact with water. If the product becomes wet or dirty on the surface, dry it with a soft, light-colored, absorbent cloth. Never use soap or solvents.

- To protect your product when you are not using it, store it in the provided felt protective bag.

- Properly caring for your product will allow you to enjoy its beauty for a long time.
